TL;DR: It was observed that exercise stimulated the degradation of cholesterol, in particular, its conversion to acidic products, and the excretion of the sterol itself, which resulted in enhanced cholesterol metabolism in mice.
Abstract: The effect of exercise on cholesterol metabolism in mice was quantitatively studied after the administration of 4-C14 labelled cholesterol. The distribution of isotope in the sterol and saponifiable fractions of liver and excreta was determined after periods from 3 to 21 days.

TL;DR: Technical aspects of cardiac output determination by the indicatordilution method, using Cardio-Green and the densitometer 103 IR Gilford, are considered: these involve linearity of the device and influence of changing blood oxygen saturation, constancy of the amount of dye injected, surface integration of the curves and calibration technique.
