TL;DR: The results indicated that the level of physical activity was not suffi - cient among girl students, and it is necessary to have an education plan to educate girl students regarding life style modification.
Abstract: Background and objective: Assessment of physical activity patterns and its in - fluencing factors among adolescents for change in physical activity patterns is valuable. Considering the importance of physical activity among youth, the aim of this study was to assess the physical activity in girl school students in the Tarom in Iran and its relevant factors. Methods: In this cross-sectional study physical activity were assessed among 230 girl senior high school students in Tarom. The students were selected via classified multi-stage random sampling. Physical activity was evaluated by the standard, valid and reliable International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and pedometer to evaluate physical activity levels. Height, weight, and body mass index (BMI) were also measured. Subjects wore a pedometer throughout the day for one consecutive week, and average steps per day (physical activ - ity volume) were measured. Data were analyzed through SPSS18 using Chi- squared test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Results: Regarding the level of physical activity (Pedometer results), 32 % of students were active and 68 % inactive. The results of IPAQ showed that out of active individuals, 68 % performed light, 28% moderate and 2% sever physical activity. There was only significant relationship between physical ac - tivity and father's jobs. In the case of level of mother and father's education, mother's jobs and household income had no significant effect on the frequency of adequate physical activity. Conclusion: The results indicated that the level of physical activity was not suffi - cient among girl students. Therefore, it is necessary to have an education plan to educate girl students regarding life style modification. Paper Type: Research Article.

TL;DR: The results showed that the HBM to predict well for osteoporosis preventi ve behaviors in women and its use in training programs will be effecti ve.
Abstract: Introducti on and objecti ve: In all societi es, with the increase of age bone mass also decreases. Osteoporosis is a common disease among middle-age and older persons, especially women. Therefore, the necessity of implementing strategic plans to prevent osteoporosis is significantly important. This study was designed to determine the predicti on of osteoporosis preventi ve behaviors through the use of the Health Belief Model (HBM). Methods: This cross-secti onal study was done among 402 women in Mashhad in 2014. A multi -stage cluster sampling was used. In order to gather collecti on a questi onnaire consistent with the structures of HBM and IPAQ and FFQ was used. Data were analyzed using the SPSS16 and descripti ve analysis (frequency, percentage, mean ± SD) and analysis (correlati on coefficient, regression and Linear regression). The significance level was 0.5. Results: The mean age of the parti cipants were 36.5 ± 8.1 years. Average monthly calcium intake was 14703.1 ± 8377.5 mg; 63.7% of the people with lower physical acti vity were among inacti ve groups. Construct barriers perceived (p = 0.008) had a significant impact on the feeding behavior of calcium intake. Self- efficacy (p> 0.001) had a significant impact on physical acti vity behavior. Conclusion: The results showed that the HBM to predict well for osteoporosis preventi ve behaviors in women. Its use in training programs will be effecti ve. Paper Type: Research Arti cle.

The statistical population of the study includes 90 students of TMU base on Cochran formula in 1392. Therefore 90 respondents were selected according to random sampling approach. The method applied in this research relied on the questionnaire research approach. So, Data was collected via questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13. Descriptive (frequency and percentage) and analytical statistics (linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and one way ANOVA, Mann- Whitney Test) were used for analyzing the data. Results: Finally it was reviewed and studied spiritual health dimensions as an independent variable with happiness as dependent variable. Correlation coefficient was 0/62 between spiritual health and happiness. All the calculations were carried out with the confidence level 0.95.It was approved that spiritual health of students has a significant and positive relationship with happiness. Also we can see that all dimensions of spiritual health and happiness related together and the most relation between them is related on the emotional dimension and the less related to behavior dimension of spiritual health in students.
