Abstract: In our country ,there were many studies about Fachhochshule before, But for the misunderstand on translation, They look Fachhochshule as academy or profession college most likely. In fact, Fachhochshule is not a education on arrangement of academy, It is an undergraduate course for four years , it is similar with Application-oriented Colleges in China. In this paper , I introduce the general situation about Fachhochshule first , Then compare it with the Application-oriented Colleges in China, Educe some availability apocalypses and uses for reference finally.

TL;DR: In this paper, the application of FCE in college English teaching evaluation is analyzed and two-tiered evaluation indicators are established, and the weight of each indicator is determined by the Delphi Method.
Abstract: Evaluation of college English teaching is an effective way of appraising teaching quality and promoting the professional development of English teachers.However,traditional means of college English teaching evaluation is troubled by randomness of the appraisal process and fuzziness of appraisal criteria.This paper analyzes the application of FCE in college English teaching evaluation. It first establishes two-tiered evaluation indicators,determines the weight of each indicator by way of Delphi Method,and proceeds to establish a FCE model to improve traditional means of college English teaching evaluation.
