TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the trend of climate change through changes in the elements of Green House Gases (GHGs), including CO2, N2O, and CH4.
Abstract: ἀe purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of climate change through changes in the elements of Green House Gases (GHGs), includes the trend of CO2, N2O, and CH4. ἀe change of the extreme rainfall and temperature indices due to land cover change into developed area in Padang. IdentiḀcation and analysis trends of climate change and extreme climatic events were analyzed by using RclimDex the Expert Team for Climate Change Detection and Indices (ETCCDMI) technique. Where as the analysis and interpretation of land cover changes into developed area used Landsat TM 5 and Landsat 1985 7 ETM + of 2011 by ERDAS 9.2 GIS with the supervised classiḀcation method and GIS Matrix. ἀe results of the study provide informations of land cover changes into developed area at forest land (11,758.9 ha), shrub (3,337.3 ha), rice Ḁelds (5,977.1 ha), and garden (5,872.4 ha). It has an implication on increasing of the ele-ments of GHGs concentration such as CO2 (14,1 ppm), N2O (5,4 ppb) and CH4 (24,8 ppb). ἀis condition lead to an extreme temperature and presipitation indexs trends in Padang.

TL;DR: In this article, the effectiveness of Adiwiyata Program in the effort to build students' ecoliteracy in Banda Aceh is investigated. And the results of study showed that there is significant influence of school policy, curriculum implementation, school culture and school infrastructure management toward students' education.
Abstract: This study is back grounded by importance of ecoliteracy for each individual. One of comprehensive efforts to build ecoliteracy in community is through Adiwiyata Program. This study is aimed to find out how the effectiveness of Adiwiyata Program in the effort to build students’ ecoliteracy in Banda Aceh. The method which is used is survey. The study is conducted in ten schools, with respondents are principal, teachers, administrative staff and students. Data analysis is done descriptively toward five variable and hypothesis test use nonparametric statistic test. The result of study showed that there is significant influence of school policy, curriculum implementation, school culture and school infrastructure management toward students’ ecoliteracy. The findings of study is the more effective four components of Adiwiyata is implemented, the higher of students’ecoliteracy. Therefore, four components of Adiwiyata should be implemented maximally, among other by strengthening Adiwiyata school team.

TL;DR: The imbalance of development that occurs is a result of implementing a liberal economic system that only emphasizes growth, while on the other side of the agricultural sector is not paid any appropriate attention as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: The level of urbanization that occurred in Indonesia at this time is remarkable that causes the growth of cities very rapidly. The growth of cities is mainly due to various reasons such as the capitalization process, regional enlargement/reclassification, as well as migration from rural to urban. The growth of cities leads a lot of problems like environmental degradation, traffic congestion, poverty, crime and other social conflicts. Such a rapid rate of urbanization is a reflection of the inequity between rural and urban development. Lack of employment opportunities in the village causes the population to go into town to find work. The imbalance of development that occurs is a result of implementing a liberal economic system that only emphasizes growth, while on the other side of the agricultural sector is not paid any appropriate attention. The farmers are at a very weak and do not have a good bargaining position, with the exchange rate is very lame. Even regarding with the foodstuffs such as rice, wheat, sugar, salt, etc., Indonesia has to import from abroad. The imbalances of development do not only occur between rural and urban, but also between Java and the outside of Java, and between western and eastern Indonesia regions. This imbalance should be found a solution, with good management and equitable development, including the political will to reform the economic system in favor of the Indonesian people.

TL;DR: In this article, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) student awareness around sustainable schools in Malaysia was developed. But, the authors did not provide an overview of each construct (knowledge on SLAAS Program, content knowledge, ESD practices knowledge, attitudes of ESD and behavioral constructs of EDS) formed a model.
Abstract: ἀis article aims to develope the Structural Equation Model (SEM) on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) student awareness around Sustainable Schools in Malaysia. ἀe cluster sampling technique was used in selecting the school samples and the respondents were then also selected through simple random sampling among upper second-ary pupils. A questionnaire survey was administered for 447 pupils, to evaluate the aḀer eᴀects of the SLAAS. ἀe results showed that the model has been developed to provide an overview of each construct (knowledge on SLAAS Program, ESD content knowledge, ESD practices knowledge, attitudes of ESD and behavioral constructs of ESD) formed a ᰀt model. ἀe implication of this article showed that SLAAS Program implemented in Malaysia can be an indicator for the achievement of sustainable school.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the determinants of agricultural conversion internally and externally, as well as the impact on the availability of food, especially rice, in Sleman Regency.
Abstract: The research was conducted in Sleman Regency with 3 study area based on the extent of agricultural land conversion. The purpose of this research is to examine the determinants of agricultural conversion internally and externally, as well as the impact on the availability of food, especially rice. The research was conducted by survey method and statistical analysis regression Ordinary Least Square. The resultsof this research showed that the internal factors which significantly affect land conversion is the price of land and land location in all areas of study. External factors have significantly positive are variable population, land conversion rules and land location, while the variable GDP in the agricultural sector negatively. Availability of rice in Sleman Regenct zone 1 indicates the region from 1983 to 2025 for the population minus the rice sufficiency. In zone 2 region between 1983 and 2005 but it is still a surplus between 2006 and 2025 minus. In the area of zone 3 is projected through 2025 the availability of rice is sufficient
