Abstract: Reflective equilibrium is the equilibrium among considered moral judgment,justice principles and background theories under the conditions of comparing different justice principles.Reflective equilibrium is Rawls's main way of justification.Reflective equilibrium is coherentism but not foundationalism.Although reflective equilibrium can justify Rawls's justice principles,it has its limits on justification.

Abstract: The Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte 18 is Marx's another great works,following the works of France Class Struggle between 1848—1850,reflected French Revolution.It mainly analyzed the development stages of the French Revolution and the role of the individual class in the revolution and profoundly revealed the drama scene of Bonaparte took power.As an important role in the French Revolution,the petty-bourgeois in the revolution reflected their desire to the parliamentary democracy of the Republic and reflected their radical growing demand for reform and progress.The petty-bourgeois has played the role of continuously pushing forward the revolutionary process in the French Revolution and embodied the importance of the capitalist democracy republican system in France.
