Genetic algorithm and its application

Abstract: The definition,content and application of the Genetic Algorithm were mainly introduced.The identifying of the digital image in the objective function was specialized for the purpose of ensuring the image keeping accurate.The application of option,exchange and variation of operator to the GA was introduced,and the application of GA was forecasted.

Study on the extraction of polysaccharides

Abstract: Soxhlet extraction process is used to extract polysaccharide from glycyrrihiza.And the content of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides is determined by using phenol-sulphuric acid method.With the extraction rate and the mass fraction of polysaccharide in extract as the assessment index,the optimization study on the extraction process is implemented.The results indicate that the optimum conditions of polysaccharides extraction are:the particle size of material is 30 screen mesh,9 times volume of water should be added,extracting time is 3h;for crude drug:volume ratio of water extraction is 11,4 times amount of ethanol(95% concentration) should be added.Process validation experimental results are ideal,the comprehensive score of water extraction technology is 97.61,RSD=1.81%;the comprehensive score of alcohol precipitation process is 97.39,RSD=1.81%.

Parameter estimation for Weibull distribution

Abstract: A new method is presented to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution by using median rank and the least square method. The calculation is performed regarding to a practical problem.

The pre-processing algorithm for segmentation of fingerprint image based on gray level statistics

Abstract: A simple image pre-processing algorithm for segmentation of fingerprint image is proposed,which can improve the accuracy and reliability of the automatic recognition of fingerprint images.This algorithm solves the problem of fingerprint image segmentation with low computational cost based on reasonable application of the gray-level-statistics of fingerprint images.It has good process result and runs quickly and can be programmed easily.The experimental result shows that this segmentation algorithm is more effective and robust to the pre-process of the fingerprint images.

Design of the MicroMouse hardware based on the ARM-M3

Abstract: The embedded micro-controller ARM-M3 is used as the main controller of MicroMouse.The hardware circuit is consists of power module,sensor module,motor driver module and the core of control circuit.The algorithm of motor speed control is discussed,and the digital PID control for posture correction is deeply researched.The principle of the function realization of sensor is elaborated.
