TL;DR: In this paper, the Raman spectra of GexAsySz glasses have been studied in the ternary composition region of GeS2-As2-S. Dominant features of the obtained spectra were discussed and the structural units forming the disordered structural network were identified as: GeS4 tetrahedra, AsS3 pyramids, As-S-S S-As-As bent chains and Sn (n = 2-4) chain segments.
