Abstract: At present,for lack of correlation theories,domestic hydraulic transmission loader development lags behind.This dissertation is based on the hydraulic transmission loader HT25J which is developed through a major science and technology projects of Zhejiang province.The hydraulic system of the loader's walking device system was designed.The movement principle of the driving system is discussed in detail.The transfer functions of open-loop and closed loop of the whole hydraulic walking system was derived by building the mathematical models of each link of hydraulic walking transmission system.The simulink model was established according to the transfer function block diagram.The fuzzy PID controller was design to calibrating the stability of the system,and making the whole hydraulic driving system has a better dynamic performance and anti-jamming ability.

Abstract: To calculate and analyze the heat transfer and flow truly and expediently, taking to analyze the submerged entry nozzle's temperature field and flow field as an example, this article introduces the technology of numerical simulation in ANSYS ICEM CFD software applying to continuous casting .Do the preprocessing of fluid numerical simulation in ANSYS ICEM CFD software first, and then export some meshes to CFX for solution. The engineers can borrow some ideas from this method, which can enhance the efficiency of the numerical simulation greatly.

Abstract: In actual control of CNC interpolation with look-ahead, the feedrate is discrete, so some new constrains on feedrate caused by the length of small line blocks and the accuracy of workpiece contours are presented And a novel algorithm that can apply the model of high-speed machine of small line blocks is also proposed after improving the model Given the maximum number of look-ahead blocks, this engineering-oriented algorithm can calculate the discrete feedrate by taking account of the shape and the length of small line blocks, and also satisfy the requirements of the smoothly changing of feedrate and the accuracy of parts At the same time the solution of achieving look-ahead when CNC is faced with real-time adjusting of the programmed feed rate override is built Simulation result of a practical example demonstrates the machine applying the improved model and the algorithm can achieve high speed machine and improve the productivity dramatically

This paper introduced 22 displacement measurement line and the 22 lines of the principles of measurement for a more in-depth discussions and studies, the identification process for 21 errors existing in the machine tool is performed with the help of the 22 lines method. Finally a brief application of the 22 lines measurements of the line notes.
