Guanabenz—an old drug with a potential to decrease obesity
TL;DR: In this article , the potential of Guanabenz to reduce body weight and ameliorate some metabolic disturbances was evaluated in rats with a high-fat diet, and the results showed that the effect of the drug on gastric emptying was associated with a reduction in triglyceride levels.
