TLDR
In this article, the theorem on arithmetic progressions modular forms is proved for finite fields p-adic fields Hilbert symbol quadratic forms over Qp, and over Q integral quadratics forms with discriminant +-1.

The Singular Theta Correspondence, Lorentzian Lattices and Borcherds-Kac-Moody Algebras

Alex Barnard
- 08 Jul 2003 -
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that a Lorentzian reflection group with Weyl vector is associated with a vector-valued modular form, which can be obtained by inducing scalar-valued forms.
Book ChapterDOI

Theory and Computation

TL;DR: This chapter treats the various computation methods offered by the literature to estimate the alternative measures of well-being outlined in Chap.

An algorithm to compute automorphism groups of K3 surfaces and an application to singular K3 surfaces

TL;DR: In this article, a finite set of generators of the image of the natural homomorphism from the automorphism group of a complex algebraic K3 surface to the orthogonal group of the N\'eron-Severi lattice of a supersingular k3 surface is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

How to solve a quadratic equation in integers

TL;DR: In this paper, an effective procedure to decide whether an arbitrary quadratic equation with rational coefficients has a solution in integers was proposed, and a similar procedure will in fact decide whether such an equation over a (suitably specified) algebraic number field k has any solution in any (suitable specified) order in k ; but we shall not burden the exposition by giving chapter and verse for this claim.
Journal ArticleDOI

Short-range entangled bosonic states with chiral edge modes and T duality of heterotic strings

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors consider states of bosons in two dimensions that do not support anyons in the bulk, but nevertheless have stable chiral edge modes that are protected even without any symmetry.
