TLDR
A new mechanism to establish stable and sustainable paths between all pairs of nodes in a Mobile Ad hoc Network using a stability function as the main path selection criterion based on the calculation of the mobility degree of a node relative to its neighbor is proposed.

Geographic routing protocols for Vehicular Ad hoc NETworks (VANETs): A survey

TL;DR: A state-of-art of the routing protocols based on the geographic position of the vehicles, which do not exchange link state information and do not maintain established routes as in MANET routing protocols is presented.

Novel optimized link state routing protocol based on quantum genetic strategy for mobile learning

TL;DR: The QG-OLSR of this paper optimized the selection of MPR, overcomes the shortage of the traditional protocol, and proves the property of convergence and global optimization.

A survey of routing protocols based on link-stability in mobile ad hoc networks

TL;DR: A survey of recent routing solutions for mobile ad hoc networks and proposes a classification for the routing protocols based on the link stability, which will list examples of routing protocols.

Jamming-Resilient Multipath Routing Protocol for Flying Ad Hoc Networks

TL;DR: Simulation results show that the JarmRout can not only improve packet delivery ratio and packet delivery latency but also can reduce end-to-end communication outage rate without introducing extra communication overhead, indicating a viable approach to improve network resiliency in the presence of malicious jammers in FANETs.

QMRPRNS: Design of QoS multicast routing protocol using reliable node selection scheme for MANETs

TL;DR: A Quality of Service (QoS) based multicast routing protocol using reliable neighbour nodes selection scheme (QMRPRNS) for same and a simulation has been conducted to compare the performance of the proposed scheme against some existing multicasts routing protocols which shows significant improvement over EMAODV and MAODV.

Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) Routing

TL;DR: A logging instrument contains a pulsed neutron source and a pair of radiation detectors spaced along the length of the instrument to provide an indication of formation porosity which is substantially independent of the formation salinity.

Optimized Link State Routing Protocol (OLSR)

TL;DR: The Optimized Link State Routing protocol is an optimization of the classical link state algorithm tailored to the requirements of a mobile wireless LAN and provides optimal routes (in terms of number of hops).

A high-throughput path metric for multi-hop wireless routing

TL;DR: Measurements taken from a 29-node 802.11b test-bed demonstrate the poor performance of minimum hop-count, illustrate the causes of that poor performance, and confirm that ETX improves performance.

Mobile Ad hoc Networking (MANET): Routing Protocol Performance Issues and Evaluation Considerations

TL;DR: The characteristics of Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs), and their idiosyncrasies with respect to traditional, hardwired packet networks, are described, with an emphasis on routing performance evaluation considerations.

The Dynamic Source Routing Protocol (DSR) for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks for IPv4

TL;DR: The Dynamic Source Routing protocol is a simple and efficient routing protocol designed specifically for use in multi-hop wireless ad hoc networks of mobile nodes, designed to work well even with very high rates of mobility.
