TL;DR: In this article , the authors conducted a literature review about knowledge management in complex crises and conducted research to identify competences that increase resilience to crises, including those that allowed the participants to adapt to the labour market during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the results of the study proved that the ratios rose and the project contributed to increasing competences in the project participants, improving their crisis resilience.

Effect of contingency factors on learning organisations in nigeria
