TLDR
In this article, a color sensing device consisting of four photo-electric transducers formed on a semiconductor substrate, an interference filter provided on the light receiving face of each transducer, a colored filter for selecting a specified transmission band of the interference filter, and three electrodes for delivering electric signals from the transducers individually, one of the electrodes being provided for two of transducers in common.Abstract:
A color sensing device comprising four photo-electric transducers formed on a semiconductor substrate, an interference filter provided on the light receiving face of each transducer, a colored filter for selecting a specified transmission band of the interference filter, and three electrodes for delivering electric signals from the transducers individually, one of the electrodes being provided for two of the transducers in common. The transducers each have the area of its light receiving face so determined as to exhibit spectral sensitivity characteristics matching the color matching function of the CIE (Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage) XYZ colorimetric system.read more

High speed optical wavelength detection system
TL;DR: In this paper, the position of the line of light is encoded by a binary code mask to digitally indicate the light wavelength and indicator lamps are activated in accordance with the digital indication and are rendered responsive to the light from the code mask in response to a high sensitivity detector.

Color image reader
TL;DR: In this article, the photoelectric conversion regions of the first color and second color signals are formed in the transparent parts of one-dimensional line sensors and the outputs corresponding to the luminance signals (Y signals) are obtained from the respective sensor units placed behind the (-R) filters.
