Trimethylsilylation of amino acids derivatization and chromatography
TL;DR: The data for amino acids in ribonuclease, β-casein, K- casein, soybean meal, and blood are in good agreement with the values obtained by the classical ion-exchange method, and establishes the use of the trimethylsilyl/gas—liquid chromatographic method for the quantitative analysis of biological materials.
