Das Verhalten einiger 1.2.4‐Triazin‐Derivate gegenüber Alkylmagnesiumhalogeniden, Diazomethan und in der Mannich‐Reaktion

TLDR
The Mannich reaction on 3-oxo-5,6-diphenyl-2,3-dihydro-1,2,4-triazine (1) and on 3,5-dioxo-6-phenyl, 2,3,4,5,tetrahydro, 1.4, and 3.4 triazin (4) using piperidine or morpholine together with formaldehyde, leads to the formation of 5a, b and 6a, respectively, b, respectively.

Condensed 1,2,4-Triazines I: Behaviour of Phenanthro[9,10-e]-1,2,4-triazine Derivatives Towards Alkylating and Reducing Agends, Grignard Reagents, and Amines

TL;DR: Alkylation of 3-hydroxy-phenanthro[9,10-e]1,2,4-triazine (1a) yielded the N(2)-alkyl derivatives 2a−2b; alkylation OF the 3-mercapto analogue 1b yielded the S-alkyl derivative 1f−1i as discussed by the authors.
