Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low satisfaction of teachers and students and long response time in traditional student management system of counselors, this paper designs a counselor student management system based on competency model. The system hardware consists of student management module, counselor management module, student funding management module, community management module, reward and punishment management module. On the basis of hardware design, software design is carried out to analyze the components of competency model, so as to construct the competency model of counselors. Combined with the normalized processing results of model elements, the evaluation results of counselors are output. The experimental results show that the satisfaction of teachers and students is higher, and the response time of the system is shorter.
