Risk Factors for Tuberculosis
TL;DR: Emerging variables such as diabetes, indoor air pollution, alcohol, use of immunosuppressive drugs, and tobacco smoke play a significant role at both the individual and population level and specific groups such as health care workers and indigenous population are at an increased risk of TB infection and disease.

TL;DR: Schistosomiasis is one of the neglected tropical diseases, with significant knowledge gap among paddy cultivators in Samuye ward in disease treatment, complications and prevention in this high-risk group, and governmental emphasis on increasing awareness, education, and availability of prophylactic drugs to this high -risk group could prevent rates of transmission and establish infection control.
