Foundations of Perturbative QCD

TLDR
In this paper, a systematic treatment of perturbative QCD is given, giving an accurate account of the concepts, theorems and their justification, giving strong motivations for the methods.
Abstract
The most non-trivial of the established microscopic theories of physics is QCD: the theory of the strong interaction. A critical link between theory and experiment is provided by the methods of perturbative QCD, notably the well-known factorization theorems. Giving an accurate account of the concepts, theorems and their justification, this book is a systematic treatment of perturbative QCD. As well as giving a mathematical treatment, the book relates the concepts to experimental data, giving strong motivations for the methods. It also examines in detail transverse-momentum-dependent parton densities, an increasingly important subject not normally treated in other books. Ideal for graduate students starting their work in high-energy physics, it will also interest experienced researchers wanting a clear account of the subject.

Linearly polarised Transverse Momentum Dependent Parton Distribution Function at NNLO in QCD

TL;DR: In this paper, the transverse momentum dependent parton distribution function (TMDPDF) is computed at large $q_T$ (or small $b_T $) matching coefficients for linearly polarised to the integrated gluon distribution at next-to-next-to leading order (NNLO).

N-jettiness in electroweak high-energy processes

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the factorization theorems for the $N$-jettiness in electroweak processes at extreme high energies and computed the factorized parts to next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy.

The Sivers asymmetry in charged Kaon and $\Lambda$ hyperon produced SIDIS process at electron ion colliders

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the single transverse-spin asymmetry of the charged Kaon and the Lambda hyperon in the SIDIS process under the theoretical framework of transverse momentum dependent factorization at the next-to-leading-logarithmic order.

Drell-Yan lepton-pair production: $q_T$ resummation at approximate N$^4$LL+N$^4$LO accuracy

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors considered Drell-Yan lepton pairs produced in hadronic collisions and presented high-accuracy QCD predictions for the transverse-momentum distribution and fiducial cross sections in the small $q_T$ region.

Electron mass singularities in semileptonic kaon decays

TL;DR: In this article , it was shown that the Sirlin representation of the long-distance QED corrections to the radiative inclusive K e 3 decay rate are free from infrared divergences and collinear electron mass singularities in the limit m e → 0, as predicted by the Kinoshita-Lee-Nauenberg theorem.
