Real-time scheduling of batch systems using Petri nets and linear logic
TL;DR: An approach to model, design and verify scenarios of real-time systems used in the scheduling and global coordination of batch systems and which can be seen as a simulation tool for UML interaction diagrams is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Obsessional experiments for linear logic proof-nets
TL;DR: This work introduces the key-notion of ‘injective obsessional experiment’, which allows it to give a positive answer to the question of injectivity of coherent semantics of linear logic proof-nets for certain fragments oflinear logic.
Book ChapterDOI
Designing Unification Procedures Using Transformations: A Survey
Jean Gallier,Wayne Snyder +1 more
TL;DR: Unification is a very general computational paradigm that plays an important role in many different areas of symbolic computation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Linear usage of state
TL;DR: This work investigates the phenomenon that every monad is a linear state monad by studying a fully-complete state-passing translation from an impure call-by-value language to a new linear type theory: the enriched call- by-value calculus.

Simple multiplicative proof nets with units
TL;DR: In this article, a simple notion of proof net for multiplicative linear logic with units is presented, where cut elimination is direct and strongly normalising, in contrast to previous approaches which resorted to moving jumps (attachments) of par units during normalisation.
