Reciprocating type rotatable fork machine

Abstract: The utility model discloses a reciprocating type rotatable fork machine which comprises a sliding trolley and a rotary frame, wherein the sliding trolley is fixed on the upper end of a bracket; the rotary frame is connected to the lower end of the sliding trolley; a gear shaping frame which can move up and down is connected with the rotary frame; a guide rail and a rack are arranged on the upper end of the bracket; the sliding trolley is driven to reciprocate on the guide rail by a driving device by virtue of the rack which is engaged with the driving device; a rotary support which is used for driving the rotary frame to rotate at 360 degrees is connected to the sliding trolley; the gear shaping frame on the rotary frame is driven to move up and down by a trapezoidal screw. After the rotary frame is driven to move to a proper position along the guide rail by the sliding trolley, the height position of the gear shaping frame is adjusted, so as to enable an object to be inserted, then the sliding trolley moves back to drive the rotary frame to move to a transporting position, and the rotary frame is adjusted to the proper direction in the moving process, so that the discharging is facilitated. The transportation of the whole object is automatically realized by equipment, the operation is smooth and accurate, only operators are needed, porters are not needed, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
