Weyl metrics and wormholes

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors apply dualities and complexifications to the vacuum Weyl metrics generated by massive rods and by point masses to obtain axially symmetric vacuum solutions containing singularities along circles that can be viewed as singular matter sources.

Exterior solutions for electric and magnetic stars in 2+1 dimensions

TL;DR: In this article, a solution of the Einstein-Maxwell equations is found for the spacetimes outside the mass distributions of circularly symmetric electrically charged or magnetic stars.

Exact Solutions of Einstein's Field Equations

TL;DR: A survey of the known solutions of Einstein's field equations for vacuum, Einstein-Maxwell, pure radiation and perfect fluid sources can be found in this paper, where the solutions are ordered by their symmetry group, their algebraic structure (Petrov type) or other invariant properties such as special subspaces or tensor fields and embedding properties.

Ether flow through a drainhole - a particle model in general relativity

TL;DR: In this article, a scalar field with a drainhole in its center is modeled as a massless, chargeless, spinless particle, whose nonrigid motions manifest themselves as gravitational phenomena.

Collinear particles and bondi dipoles in general relativity

TL;DR: In this article, a static vacuum line element is derived which represents the field of a collinear set of spherically symmetric masses and a limiting process applied to this line-element yields an explicit global solution of a problem first considered by Bondi.
Journal ArticleDOI

Einstein-Maxwell-Higgs solitons

TL;DR: In this paper, a regular, localized solution of the classical theory of the gravitational field coupled to the electromagnetic field and to an auxiliary scalar field is presented, and an analytical form of this solution is obtained in a limiting case.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stationary axially‐symmetric solutions of Einstein–Maxwell‐massless scalar field equations

TL;DR: In this paper, a procedure is presented which enables one to construct solutions to the stationary axially-symmetric gravitational field coupled to massless scalar and Maxwell fields, which can be used to solve the problem of finding a solution to the problem.
