Inductively coupled plasma-optical emission analytical spectrometry

TL;DR: In this paper, a compact inductively coupled plasma-optical emission system for trace determination of metallic elements in solution is described, and theoretical considerations are presented to determine operating parameters that agree well with the empirically determined values.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fundamental studies of mixed-gas inductively coupled plasmas

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of adding foreign gases to the central-gas flow or the intermediate gas flow of an argon inductively coupled plasma (Ar ICP) are examined.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analytical techniques for estimation of heavy metals in soil ecosystem: A tabulated review

TL;DR: The present review is an initiative to summarize the work on pollution levels of soil ecosystem and thus pertains to various extraction and quantification procedures used worldwide to analyze heavy metals in soil.
