Cytochemical Localization of Peroxidase in Plant Cells
TL;DR: Plant cells were stained for peroxidase by exposing them to a mixture of p-phenylene diamine and hydrogen peroxide and activity is shown to be associated with chromosomes, nucleoli, cell walls and cytoplasm.
