The game model analysis on the supervision of the project department from construction enterprises

TLDR: In this paper, a game model between construction enterprises and the project department was constructed, and the Nash equilibrium solution of the game model was obtained by the analysis of the analysis. But the game models were not applied to the case of the project management competence of construction enterprises.

Abstract: How to realize the supervision of the project department from construction enterprises, and realize the win-win between construction enterprises and the project department, is the key to promote the project management competence of construction enterprises. In order to solve the above problem, the paper has constructed the game model between construction enterprises and the project department, and has obtained Nash equilibrium solution of the game model. Through the analysis of the game model, the paper can draw the following conclusion; For project department personnel as the rational economic men, their opportunistic behavior is inevitable, and is the inevitable result of two sides' game equilibrium. Therefore, strengthening the supervision of opportunistic behavior finally depends on enterprises' supervision efficiency as well as the penalty to opportunistic behavior.
