Abstract
The provided compressed bitstreams were uncompressed using provided software and the resulting sequences were compared to the original ones in terms of PSNR. Additionally, the sequence Ballroom was compressed using the provided software. Resulting bitstreams were processed as the ones provided by Sejong/ETRI to verify the whole chain of coding and decoding. The results obtained at Poznań University of Technology are included in the accompanying Excel file. They are the same as the ones provided by Sejong/ETRI, except for sequences Race1 and Flamenco2 results. The results for them are slightly worse than the ones presented by Sejong/ETRI. The difference is less than 0.05 dB. It seems that last frames from some cameras give significantly worse PSNR (about 10dB less than the rest of frames). The cause of this difference is unknown.

Real-Time Spatial Optimization

TL;DR: Real-time spatial optimization – a combination of Geographical Information Science and Technology and Operations Research – is capable of generating optimized solutions to given spatial problems in real-time.

A Framework for Verifying the Fixity of Archived Web Resources

TL;DR: A framework for establishing and checking the fixity on the playback of archived resources, or mementos is presented, built based on well-known web archiving standards, such as the Memento protocol.

Virtual wall oscillations forced by a dbd plasma actuator operating under beat frequency – a concept for turbulent drag reduction

TL;DR: In this paper, a modified concept for generating DBD-based virtual spanwise wall oscillations is introduced in continuation of earlier efforts by Hehner et al. and the resulting velocity fields have been recorded with time-resolved planar high-speed particle image velocimetry so as to analyse the induced flow topology and wall normal velocity profiles.

TL;DR: This research proposes 278 novel techniques to guide authors, designers, programmers, and testers in the publication of accessible and inclusive multimedia on the web, designed to guarantee the compliance with the recommended success criteria of Authoring Tools Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG) 2.0.

Urban Sound Planning - An attempt to bridge the gap

TL;DR: The aim of this thesis is to overcome negative aspects arising from a late intervention by including urban sound planning as an opportunity for the built environment by developing tools to control, communicate and design the sound environment on a level beyond today's solutions.
