Vibrational properties of self-interstitials in metals

TL;DR: In this paper, the state of the art of vibrational properties of self-interstitial atoms (SIAs) in metals is reviewed and the properties of SIAs in metals are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nature of the magnetic disturbance around iron sites in dilute antiferromagnetic chromium-iron alloys

TL;DR: In this article, the magnetic diffuse scattering has been used to measure the spatial magnetic moment distribution at and around impurity sites in a magnetic host, and it has been found that the Fe possesses an ordered antiferromagnetic moment which is coupled into the SDW in both alloys.
Dissertation

Systèmes magnétiques à frustration géométrique : approches expérimentale et théorique

Julien Robert
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an etude des proprietes magnetiques de systemes geometriquement frustres, a partir d'approches a la fois experimentales et theoriques, constitue d'une assemblee d'agregats planaires frustres de 9 spins 1/2.

Muon spin relaxation in ferromagnets. I. Spin-wave fluctuations

TL;DR: In this paper, an analysis of dipolar and hyperfine contributions to the relaxation rate of muons implanted in a ferromagnet is presented, and analysed using the Heisenberg model of spin waves including dipolar, Zeeman energies.
