As the continuous development of technology level of universities, enterprises pay more attention to get Hi-tech achievements from universities, as a result, to define the value and price of Hi-tech achievements for universities has become the key of achievements trading. The paper firstly analysis the shortage of existing pricing methods, then consider and analyze the similarity of Real Options and achievements pricing, try to apply Real Options' option to expand model to consider universities Hi-tech achievements value, finally apply an instance to carry on case study to test and verify the effectiveness of the method.read more

Abstract: In this article,the author analyzed current status of the transformation of the patent technology in universities colleges,pointed out the factors which restricting the marketization of patent technology.By combining the lessons that other countries promoted the transformation of the patent technology and the state of the nation,the following effective methods were put forward based on market,that is build operating mechanisms of transforming platform and enhance the guiding of government,promote t the transformation of the patent technology.
