TLDR
In this article, the effect of work family conflict and facilitation on employee satisfaction was studied, and the results indicate that the management of family conflict is inevitable for ensuring the well-being of employees.
Abstract
This study is aimed at signifying the importance of the management of employee well being We identify that when individuals are involved in different roles at job and at home, such interaction affects the wellbeing of employees Specifically, the effect of work family conflict and facilitation on employee satisfaction is studied Data was collected from a sample of 291 employees of different organizations in the service sector Structured equation modeling was used to test the fit of two proposed models and to validate the hypothetical relationships among the study variables Both, job and home directions, of work family conflict and facilitation were found related to satisfaction at job and at home The results indicate that the management of work family conflict and facilitation is inevitable for ensuring the well being of employees

A cross-national meta-analytic examination of predictors and outcomes associated with work-family conflict

TL;DR: Overall, the findings suggest that domain demands are a robust predictor of work-family conflict across countries and that affective correlates to work- family conflict meaningfully vary in strength as a function of cultural context.

Reconsidering work-family interactions and satisfaction: A meta-analysis: (518422013-318)

TL;DR: The authors used meta-analytic path analysis to examine the relative merits of source attribution and domain specificity for both positive and negative family interactions, and the results universally supported the less popular source attribution perspective.

The Influence of Culture, Community, and the Nested-Self in the Stress Process: Advancing Conservation of Resources Theory

TL;DR: Conservation of Resources (COR) theory predicts that resource loss is the principal ingredient in the stress process as discussed by the authors, and resource gain, in turn, is depicted as of increasing importance in the context of loss.
