Abstract: Forced vibration responses of integrally shrouded group blades are investigated in this paper. A lumped mass model of integrally shrouded group blades considering centrifugal stiffening of the blade and rubbing and impact between adjacent shrouds is established. In the proposed model, collision force is approximated by linear springs, and friction force is approximated by an exponential-type velocity-dependent model. Stick-slip-separation transition boundaries are determined. Runge–Kutta algorithm is used to compute vibration responses and study the effects of stiffness ratio, rotating speed and aerodynamic excitation amplitude on the vibration responses of integrally shrouded group blades. Vibration reduction effect of the shroud on the reference blade at the first dynamic resonance speed is illustrated. Numerical results indicate that stiffness ratio, initial gap and contact angle have a great effect on the normalised energy density (the value of which can represent vibration reduction effect of the shroud), and the reference blade can experience periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic vibration due to nonsmooth behaviour at the shroud contact interfaces.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a capacitive sensor sheet for measuring the amount of deformation of an object to be measured with high sensitivity and precision. The capacitive sensor sheet according to the present invention is provided with: a sensor body having a sheet-shaped dielectric layer made of an elastomer composition and a first electrode layer and second electrode layer made of a conductive composition containing a conductive material and formed on a front surface and a rear surface of the dielectric layer, respectively, so as to be at least partially opposed to each other with the dielectric layer therebetween, the opposing portions of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer forming a detection section, and the sensor body being reversibly deformable so that the areas of the front and rear surfaces of the dielectric layer change; and elastic cloth integrally formed with the sensor body, the cloth being anisotropic in terms of elasticity.

Abstract: The use of integrally bladed-disk is now very popular in turbomachinery industry since they feature significant aerodynamic and structural improvements along with a significant mass reduction. However, these integrated single structures can arise a major high cycle fatigue issue due to the lack of sufficient damping for dissipating the vibrational energy. This work describes a numerical investigation of the nonlinear dynamic behaviour and nonlinear normal mode for such a bladed-disk with frictional ring damper using the Harmonic Balanced Method (HBM) with alternating Fourier transformation. Jenkins element is used to model the nonlinear contact friction between the disc and ring damper. Using such a modeling strategy, the modal damping and resonance amplitude are directly and efficiently computed through nonlinear normal mode analysis. The initial results show the vibrational level on the blades can be effectively controlled by the parameters of the ring damper model. The effectiveness of ring damper and damping performance is evaluated. This study also indicates the nonlinear normal mode analysis based HBM may be an effective method to analyse the dynamic behaviour of the integrated bladed-disk with frictional ring damper.

The unmanned aerial vehicle body integrated molding technology has the beneficial effects that the technology is simple and is easy to operate; the molding time is short; the product size is accurate and controllable;and a manufactured unmanned aerial vehicle body has high strength, good rigidity, light dead weight and a smooth and fat surface, is easy to maintain routinely and is suitable for large batch production.

Abstract: The impact of geometry variations on integrally bladed disk eigenvalues is investigated. A large population of industrial bladed disks (blisks) are scanned via a structured light optical scanner to provide as-measured geometries in the form of point-cloud data. The point cloud data are transformed using principal component (PC) analysis that results in a Pareto of PCs. The PCs are used as inputs to predict the variation in a blisk's eigenvalues due to geometry variations from nominal when all blades have the same deviations. A large subset of the PCs is retained to represent the geometry variation, which proves challenging in probabilistic analyses because of the curse of dimensionality. To overcome this, the dimensionality of the problem is reduced by computing an active subspace that describes critical directions in the PC input space. Active variables in this subspace are then fit with a surrogate model of a blisk's eigenvalues. This surrogate can be sampled efficiently with the large subset of PCs retained in the active subspace formulation to yield a predicted distribution in eigenvalues. The ability of building an active subspace mapping PC coefficient to eigenvalues is demonstrated. Results indicate that exploitation of the active subspace is capable of capturing eigenvalue variation.

Therefore, by complementing a disadvantage of general pin type and rubber type contacts, mechanical characteristics and electrical characteristics are easily optimized according to a requirement of a test device, and the contact is suitable for a test of a fine pitch device.

According to the technical scheme, the drilling machine comprises a workbench, a drill hole is formed in the workbench, the workbench is integrally connected with a locating circular ring by a supporting column located near the drill hole, and a locating circular ring thread is arranged on the inner wall of the locating circular ring in a tapping mode. A rotating rod is arranged in the locating circular ring, a rotating rod thread is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating rod in a tapping mode, the rotating rod meshes with the locating circular ring in a threaded mode, and a drill rod is connectedto the lower end of the rotating rod in a threaded mode. Abstract: We characterize pointwise minimal extensions of rings, introduced by Cahen et al. (Rocky Mt J Math 41:1081–1125, 2011), in the special context of domains. We show that pointwise minimal extensions are either integral or integrally closed. In the closed case, they are nothing but minimal extensions. Otherwise, there are four cases: either all minimal sub-extensions are of the same type (ramified, decomposed, or inert) or coexist as only ramified and inert minimal sub-extensions.

During use, welding inner and outer conductors of a coaxial feeder separately is only required. Therefore, the quantity of weld spots in the antenna and the radiating element is significantly reduced, excessive loss and intermodulation hazard increase are avoided, and the antenna above is given better uniformity.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetostrictive torque sensor whose length of the axial direction is shortened and to allow the temperature change, the magnetization and the magnetization noise of a rotation axis to be strengthened.SOLUTION: A magnetostrictive torque sensor 10 is provided with a rotation axis 2. The rotation axis 2 is provided in series with a first alloy film 31 and a second alloy film 32 by the plating treatment in the longitudinal direction of the rotation axis 2 on the outer peripheral surface in the radial direction. The outside of the rotation axis 2 is provided with a ring-shaped stator 4 coaxially with this rotation axis. The ring-shaped stator 4 includes: a first stator core 45 facing the first alloy film 31 and a second stator core 46 facing the second alloy film 32. The ring-shaped stator 4 and the rotation axis 2 are stored in a housing 5. Abstract: The invention discloses an agricultural waste compression treatment device. The agricultural waste compression treatment device comprises a crushing tank, a forming barrel and a collection frame. Theoutput end of a material guide pipe is located between an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate which are located in the forming barrel. The top of the upper pressing plate is fixedly mounted at the bottom of a telescopic rod of a first hydraulic cylinder. The bottom of the lower pressing plate is fixedly mounted at the top of a telescopic rod of a second hydraulic cylinder. The size ofa first groove is equal to that of the lower pressing plate, and the depth of the first groove is equal to the thickness of the lower pressing plate. A pushing plate is arranged in a second groove. One side of the pushing plate is fixedly mounted at the tail end of a telescopic rod of a third hydraulic rod. A discharging port is formed in the side, away from the second groove, of the forming barrel. The collection frame is integrally formed on the outer wall of the side, close to the discharging port, of the forming barrel. According to the agricultural waste compression treatment device, in the discharging process, the lower pressing plate retracts into the first groove, the upper surface of the lower pressing plate is flush with the bottom of the discharging port, thus, the pushing platecan push formed blocky waste into the collection frame conveniently, and waste discharging is greatly facilitated.
