TL;DR: In the Letter the authors apply their method of predetermining a certain number of bits of the RSA public key modulus to RSA using four primes, and it appears that at most 252 bit can be predetermined, whereas in the two-prime case half of the bits could be specified.
Abstract: In the Letter the authors apply their method of predetermining a certain number of bits of the RSA public key modulus to RSA using four primes. The method works just as well using four primes as it does with two, and does not appear to decrease the security level. It appears that at most 252 bit can be predetermined, whereas in the two-prime case half of the bits could be specified.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an input time counting means for counting the number of times of key inputs for each operation key and a key frame varying means for varying the sizes of key frames on the key arrangement images of respective operations.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve convenience for an operator and to miniaturize a keyboard even when requiring a large number of keys by enlarging the key size of operation keys with higher frequency of use at existing key positions in comparison with operation keys with lower frequency of use. CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted by overlapping a display 2b for displaying a key arrangement image formed by arranging key frames corresponding to plural operation keys and a touch panel 2a for sensing the two-dimensional coordinates at an indicated position on the screen of this display 2b. Concerning the touch panel type input device for controlling the inputs of respective operation keys based on a two-dimensional coordinate signal from the touch panel 2a, this device is provided with an input time counting means for counting the number of times of key inputs for each operation key and a key frame varying means for varying the sizes of key frames on the key arrangement images of respective operations corresponding to the number of times of key inputs for each operation key counted by this counting means. Namely, the key size of the operation key with the high frequency of use is enlarged at the present key position in comparison with the operation key with the low frequency of use.
