The saggar material mixing device comprises a rack, a saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism, a pair of saggar material shaking and mixing mechanisms, a pair of saggar centering mechanisms, a saggar material even-distribution mechanism, a saggar position signal collector and a saggar stopping mechanism, wherein the saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the rack, the saggar material shaking and mixing mechanisms are arranged on the saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism, the saggar centering mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the rack, the saggar material even-distribution mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the rack and corresponds to the position above the saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism, the saggar position signal collector is also arranged on the rack and corresponds to the left side of one of the saggar centering mechanisms, the saggar stopping mechanism is also arranged on the rack and corresponds to the left side of the saggar position signal collector, and a cross-shaped positional relation is formed by the pair of saggar centering mechanisms and the pair of saggar material shaking and mixing mechanisms. The crushing machine for the electronic powder material comprises a machine frame, wherein the machine frame follows a saggar conveying mechanism of an automatic production flow line of an electronic kiln; a crushing action cylinder horizontal displacement mechanism is arranged on the top of the machine frame; a crushing action cylinder is connected with the crushing action cylinder horizontal displacement mechanism; a saggar mouth edge part enclosing pallet is fixed on the machine frame; a crushing blade scraping plate is fixed at the bottom of the saggar mouth edge part enclosing pallet; a crushing mechanism is connected with a crushing action cylinder column and corresponds to the crushing blade scraping plate; a dust leading-out mechanism is connected with the saggar mouth edge part enclosing pallet; a pair of saggar clamping action cylinders are arranged on the saggar conveying mechanism in a face-to-face state and correspond to the positions below the two corresponding sides of the crushing blade scraping plate. For solving the technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the zircon mullite saggar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 68-79% of Al2O3, 0.65-18.5% of SiO2, 10-12.7% of ZrO2, 0.2-0.5% of Fe2O3, 0.05-0.1% of CaO and 0.1-0.2% of MgO.
