TL;DR: The curriculum for an undergraduate computer engineering option within electrical engineering would be both hardware and software oriented, as described.
Abstract: Computer engineering is concerned with the organization, design, and utilization of digital processing systems. These may be general purpose computers or more specialized digital systems that are concerned with communications, control, information processing, etc. The rapidly expanding application areas for digital processing techniques require increasing numbers of properly trained engineers, and it is the responsibility of electrical engineering education to provide the necessary educational opportunities. A means for doing this is an undergraduate computer engineering option within electrical engineering. The curriculum for such an educational program would be both hardware and software oriented, as described.

TL;DR: This paper addresses itself to the philosophy underlying the modelling side of system theory techniques that are sufficiently powerful to have important application in the planning, operation and control of complex large-scale systems required by modern society.
Abstract: In recent times there has been some convergence of apparently disparate disciplines like engineering on one hand and social sciences on the other. A portable philosophy of systems analysis and design has evolved through progressive development from loop and node equations to state-space equations, from electrical networks to other physical systems, and from technological systems to transportation and economic systems. This paper addresses itself to the philosophy underlying the modelling side of system theory techniques that are sufficiently powerful to have important application in the planning, operation and control of complex large-scale systems required by modern society.

TL;DR: The time sharing systems is one book that the authors really recommend you to read, to get more solutions in solving this problem.
Abstract: A solution to get the problem off, have you found it? Really? What kind of solution do you resolve the problem? From what sources? Well, there are so many questions that we utter every day. No matter how you will get the solution, it will mean better. You can take the reference from some books. And the time sharing systems is one book that we really recommend you to read, to get more solutions in solving this problem.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors define cost areas requiring consideration in determining the total cost of an engineering change proposal have been established, and define the number of changes will be dependent upon such factors as readiness of the system for production and technological changes.
Abstract: : Engineering changes are alterations to the established configuration identification. The number of changes will be dependent upon such factors as readiness of the system for production and technological changes. Definitions for cost areas requiring consideration in determining the total cost of an engineering change proposal have been established. (Author)

TL;DR: It is shown that conventional test methods fail to satisfy the test requirements of modern logic networks, and a new method is devised, consisting of a series of computer based modular tests, which permit the comprehensive verification of designs.
Abstract: This thesis concerns the testing of the design of logic networks. It is shown that conventional test methods, such as hard-ware testing and computer simulation, fail to satisfy the test requirements of modern logic networks. A new method is devised, consisting of a series of computer based modular tests, which permit the comprehensive verification of designs. The feasibility of the new method has been demonstrated on a prototype system. The work is based on a systems engineering approach which permits viewing the problems of logic design as particular cases of the more general problems of designing large interactive engineering systems. The systems approach also permits the extension of the methods described in this thesis to other areas of engineering. As part of the thesis, a framework of systems engineering concepts is constructed.
