Coexistence of Bulk Superconductivity and Magnetism in CeO1−xFxBiS2
Satoshi Demura,Satoshi Demura,Satoshi Demura,Keita Deguchi,Keita Deguchi,Yoshikazu Mizuguchi,Kazuki Sato,Ryota Honjyo,Aichi Yamashita,Takuma Yamaki,Takuma Yamaki,Hiroshi Hara,Hiroshi Hara,Tohru Watanabe,Tohru Watanabe,Saleem J. Denholme,Masaya Fujioka,Hiroyuki Okazaki,Toshinori Ozaki,Osuke Miura,Takahide Yamaguchi,Hiroyuki Takeya,Yoshihiko Takano,Yoshihiko Takano +23 more
TL;DR: In this article, the coexistence of bulk superconductivity and magnetic ordering was observed in the case of the CeO1−xFxBiS2 (x = 0-1.0) prepared by annealing under high pressure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Coexistence of bulk superconductivity and ferromagnetism in CeO1-xFxBiS2
Satoshi Demura,Keita Deguchi,Yoshikazu Mizuguchi,Kazuki Sato,Ryouta Honjyo,Aichi Yamashita,Takuma Yamaki,Hiroshi Hara,Tohru Watanabe,Saleem J. Denholme,Masaya Fujioka,Hiroyuki Okazaki,Toshinori Ozaki,Osuke Miura,Takahide Yamaguchi,Hiroyuki Takeya,Yoshihiko Takano +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the coexistence of bulk superconductivity and ferromagnetism was observed in the case of annealing under high pressure in the CeO1-xFxBiS2 (x = 0 - 1.0) system.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of RE123 high-Tc superconductors with a high-entropy-alloy-type RE site
TL;DR: In this paper, the mixing entropy at the rare earth site does not affect Tc and critical current density (Jc) of the RE123 samples, and orthorhombicity was found to be an essential parameter for Tc.
Journal ArticleDOI
An efficient way of increasing the total entropy of mixing in high-entropy-alloy compounds: a case of NaCl-type (Ag,In,Pb,Bi)Te1-xSex (x = 0.0, 0.25, 0.5) superconductors.
TL;DR: The synthesis and observation of polycrystalline samples of new high-entropy-alloy-type metal chalcogenides (Ag,In,Pb,Bi)Te1-xSex with NaCl-type structure are reported, which show the multi-site alloying effect on the entropy of mixing ( ΔSmix) for the examined samples.
Journal ArticleDOI
Diamond anvil cells using boron-doped diamond electrodes covered with undoped diamond insulating layer
Ryo Matsumoto,Ryo Matsumoto,Aichi Yamashita,Aichi Yamashita,Hiroshi Hara,Hiroshi Hara,Tetsuo Irifune,Shintaro Adachi,Hiroyuki Takeya,Yoshihiko Takano,Yoshihiko Takano +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, a bottom diamond anvil cell with boron-doped metallic diamond electrodes covered with undoped diamond insulating layers has been developed for electrical transport measurements under high pressure.
