Evaluation of a Pilot Intervention to Reduce Mental Health and Addiction Stigma in Primary Care Settings
TL;DR: A flexible, innovative intervention was developed in collaboration with community health care centres to reduce mental illness and addiction stigma and discrimination at an organizational level and qualified findings were positive for indicators of observed improvement in mental health knowledge and behaviour.

TL;DR: This preliminary study shows that the experience of maltreatment may increase the risk of alcohol and cannabis use among university students in Latin American and Caribbean countries, but that higher levels of religiosity may reduce that risk.
