Journal ArticleDOI
Ionic conduction in B2S3-Li2S-LiI glasses
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of the addition of the LiI "doping" salt to glasses with general composition (1− y )[(1− x )B 2 S 3 · x Li 2 S] y LiI ( x = 0, and 0.5⩽ x ⩽0.75) is studied, knowing that LiI does not affect the nature of the structural entities present in the base binary glasses.
Journal ArticleDOI
Systematic X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and theoretical studies of disulfides of groups IVB, VB and VIB transition metals
K. Dartigeas,L. Benoist,Danielle Gonbeau,Geneviève Pfister-Guillouzo,G. Ouvrard,Alain Levasseur +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the results of a systematic study of a series of dichalcogenides MS 2 (M = Ti, Zr, Ta, Mo, W) by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) are reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sur de nouveaux conducteurs ioniques du lithium de structure boracite
TL;DR: The electrical study of lithium boracites, which are electronic insulators, shows a high mobility of the Li + cation as mentioned in this paper, and they are the first high isotropically conducting Li compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ionic conduction in the B2S3-Li2S glass system
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of quenching speed has been studied for some compositions, showing an increase in Tg as well as a decrease in conduction activiation energy and a slight decrease in density due to the extent of disorder.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization and electrical behavior of new lithium chalcoborate thin films
TL;DR: In this paper, thin films obtained with glasses of the B 2 S 3 Li 2 S and B 2S 3 ǫ Li 2 Sǫ systems, using a vacuum evaporation technique have been investigated.
