TL;DR: In children with CMV abdominal pain, eyelid swelling, skin rash, fatigue and thrombocytopenia were more common, while in children with EBV values of transaminases declined significantly faster, and values of Transaminases and lactic dehydrogenases significantly decreased after seven days of hospitalization.
