TL;DR: The present results indicate that the humanized anti‐IGF‐IR antibody h7C10 has a great potential for cancer therapy when combined with either a chemotherapeutic agent or an antibody that targets other growth factor receptors, such as the epidermal growth factor receptor.

Gln27Glu polymorphism in the beta2 adrenergic receptor gene and lipid metabolism during exercise in obese women.

TL;DR: It is suggested that both lipolysis and fat oxidation promoted by an acute submaximal exercise intervention could be blunted in the polymorphic ADRB2 Glu27Glu group of the female obese population.
