Journal ArticleDOI

Genetic divergence in popcorn lines detected by microsatellite markers

TL;DR: The purpose of this study was to use microsatellite markers to evaluate the genetic divergence in 10 popcorn lines and found the proportion of polymorphic loci was highest in line Curagua, while Zelia II was the most monomorphic.
Journal ArticleDOI

Population structure and genetic diversity of Brazilian popcorn germplasm inferred by microsatellite markers

TL;DR: These loci can be indicated as promising for detecting polymorphisms in popcorn accessions and in the monitoring of genetic improvement programs and can be recommended for crosses with plants that have desirable agronomic characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnitude of the genetic base of commercial popcorn and in recommendation in Brazil

Journal ArticleDOI

Bioaccumulation of Lithium (Li2CO3) in Mycelia of the Culinary-Medicinal Oyster Mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus (Agaricomycetes).

TL;DR: Evaluating lithium bioaccumulation in Pleurotus ostreatus mycelia provides a prospective for the development of biotechnological products with high aggregate values and alternative ways to deliver lithium and eventually other salts for pharmacological use.
