Journal ArticleDOI

A comparison of low-molecular-weight heparin with unfractionated heparin for unstable coronary artery disease. Efficacy and Safety of Subcutaneous Enoxaparin in Non-Q-Wave Coronary Events Study Group.

TL;DR: Antithrombotic therapy with enoxaparin plus aspirin was more effective than unfractionated heparin plus aspirin in reducing the incidence of ischemic events in patients with unstable angina or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction in the early phase.
Journal ArticleDOI

Routine Early Angioplasty after Fibrinolysis for Acute Myocardial Infarction

TL;DR: Among high-risk patients who had a myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation and who were treated with fibrinolysis, transfer for PCI within 6 hours after fibrinelysis was associated with significantly fewer ischemic complications than was standard treatment.
Journal Article
