Parameter Estimation for a Kinetic Model of a Cellular System Using Model Order Reduction Method

TL;DR: In this article , a singular value decomposition (SVD) is used to compute a reduced basis as it is numerically more robust to compute the singular values of the snapshot matrix instead of the eigenvalues of the corresponding correlation matrix, which is then used to construct a data-fitting function that fits a known experimental data set of system substance concentrations.

- 26 Jan 2022 -
TL;DR: Rigorous peer-reviews are the basis of high-quality academic publishing as discussed by the authors , and they are the backbone of high quality academic publishing, which is the goal of our work.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modellgestützte Optimierung bei der Prozessführung bioverfahrenstechnischer Prozesse

TL;DR: Kremling as mentioned in this paper is a wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Max-Planck-Institut für Dynamik komplexer technischer systems in Magdeburg.
Journal ArticleDOI

Integrating Workbench for Modeling and Numerical Analysis of Cellular Systems

TL;DR: A computer framework is described which allows to build, analyze and visualize modular structured metabolic models using a abstract and general modeling methodology and reusable modeling entities are introduced which lead to the development of modeling knowledge-bases.
