TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported the crosstalk characterization in an array of SPADs, where the sensors share the same n-well (fill factor 67%), and fabricated in a conventional CMOS technology.
Abstract: Advances in single photon avalanche detector (SPAD) arrays propose improving the fill factor by confining several SPADs in the same well, with a main issue related to crosstalk. In applications that measure at fixed times, the pixels can be inhibited before the arrival of the crosstalk charge. This letter reports the crosstalk characterization in an array of SPADs, where the sensors share the same n-well (fill factor 67%), and fabricated in a conventional CMOS technology. The reduction of the gating time completely eliminates the crosstalk, as predicted by the theory and TCAD simulations.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of different thermal treatments after deposition of tin oxide has been studied and the suitability of tin-based semiconductors for thin-film transistors (TFTs) demonstrated with on/off ratios of more than 8-decades.

TL;DR: The determination of albuminuria allowed the differentiation between glomerular and tubular proteinuria, although no relationship with metabolic comorbidities was observed.
Abstract: Background In HIV-infected adults, elevated albumin has been associated with increased inflammatory activity, HIV-related nephropathy, and type 2 diabetes. Data on albuminuria in HIV-infected children are very scarce, and guidelines do not include routine determination of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio in this population.
