SR-Tesseler: a method to segment and quantify localization-based super-resolution microscopy data

TL;DR: This paper presents a segmentation framework based on Voronoï tessellation constructed from the coordinates of localized molecules, implemented in freely available and open-source SR-Tesseler software, which allows precise, robust and automatic quantification of protein organization at different scales.
Journal ArticleDOI

A tessellation-based colocalization analysis approach for single-molecule localization microscopy.

TL;DR: This work introduces Coloc-Tesseler, a parameter-free colocalisation analysis method based on tessellation analysis for the efficient analysis of multicolour SMLM data and demonstrates its capability to analyze multicolor S MLM data in a robust and efficient manner.
Journal ArticleDOI

Automated high-speed 3D imaging of organoid cultures with multi-scale phenotypic quantification

TL;DR: JeWells as discussed by the authors is an automated multi-scale 3D imaging platform combining high-density organoid cultures with rapid and live 3D single-objective light-sheet imaging.

SalienceNet: an unsupervised Image-to-Image translation method for nuclei saliency enhancement in microscopy images

TL;DR: SalienceNet as mentioned in this paper is an unsupervised deep learning-based method that uses the style transfer properties of cycleGAN to transform low-saliency images into high saliency images, thus enabling accurate segmentation by downstream analysis methods, and that without need for any parameter tuning.
