Events and cosmological spaces through twistors in the geometric (Clifford) algebra formalism
TL;DR: In this article, it is shown that Friedmann-Robertson-Walker spaces, with and without big bang, are fully described through two twistors, which are expressed within our formalism in terms of entities belonging to quantum mechanics: the Dirac matrix and its complex conjugate.

TL;DR: The QUIJOTE (Q-U-I JOINT TENERife) polarimeter as discussed by the authors is a new polarimeter aimed to characterize the polarization of the Cosmic Microwave Background and other Galactic and extragalactic signals at medium and large angular scales in the frequency range 10-40 GHz.

TL;DR: The first prototype detectors for CLOVER have a transition temperature of 350 mK and were fabricated to validate the detector design and the polarimeter technology as discussed by the authors, and they have characterised these detectors in a dedicated test facility.

The Jodrell Bank wide-band interferometers and their application to surface profile measurements of the telescopes
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe the use of the Jodrell Bank Telescopes MkIA and MkII for observer des sources a 30 μJy de niveau avec a technique de cartographie efficace pour etudier le rayonnement cosmique de fond microonde.
The cosmic microwave background
Anthony Lasenby,Aled Jones +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, current theory and observations of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) are reviewed, and the recent rapid observational progress on anisotropies of the microwave background is described, together with the improvements that can be expected in the near future.
