Journal ArticleDOI

Obstetric and neonatal outcomes of twin pregnancies conceived by assisted reproductive technology compared with twin pregnancies conceived spontaneously: a prospective follow-up study

TL;DR: The maternal outcomes of ART dichorionic twins were comparable with those of SC twins, however, despite the same obstetric management, the rates of very preterm birth, extremely low birth weight, admission to a neonatal intensive care unit and perinatal mortality were significantly higher in the ART group.
Journal ArticleDOI

Risk of gestational diabetes mellitus in patients undergoing assisted reproductive techniques

TL;DR: It is indicated that the risk of GDM is two-fold higher in women with singleton pregnancies conceived following ART compared with women who conceived spontaneously and progesterone use during pregnancy was found to be an important risk factor for GDM.
Journal ArticleDOI

Gestational diabetes mellitus risk factors in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

TL;DR: Pregnant Iranian women with a history of infertility and PCOS are at increased risk for developing GDM and it is recommendable to perform screening test for GDM in PCOS women with ART treatment, irregular menses and high serum triglycerides level in the early stage of pregnancy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oxidative Stress Statues in Serum and Follicular Fluid of Women with Endometriosis.

TL;DR: It has been observed that FF of women with endometriosis, regardless of disease stage, increases the proliferation power of endometrial cells in vitro, and it is presumed that inflammatory reactions-induced OS in ovary may be responsible for proliferation induction ability in FF obtained from women withendometiosis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Assisted reproductive outcomes in women with different polycystic ovary syndrome phenotypes: the predictive value of anti-Müllerian hormone.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that AMH concentration is related to PCO morphology but not predictive for CPR and live birth rate, and a combination of hyperandrogenism and chronic anovulation is associated with a negative impact on the CPR in patients with male factor infertility.
