Dominik Jurków,Thomas Maeder,Arkadiusz Dąbrowski,Marina Santo Zarnik,Darko Belavic,Heike Bartsch,Jens Muller +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an overview on LTCC technology and give a detailed summary on physical quantity sensors fabricated using LTCC technique, which can be used in the manufacturing of various microelectronic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preliminary Model and Technology of Piezoelectric Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) Uniaxial Accelerometer
TL;DR: In this article, the design procedure, technology and basic properties of a piezoelectric Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) accelerometer are presented.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Inaccuracies of the LTCC technology and their impact on the chip balun performance
TL;DR: In this article, a case study of an impact of inaccuracies that arise in the LTCC technology on electrical parameters of a chip LTCC balun was described, where optical microscopy and X-ray CT (X-ray Computed Tomography) scanning of the balun structure before and after sintering process, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preliminary model and technology of piezoelectric low temperature co-fired ceramic (ltcc) uniaxial accelerometer
Journal ArticleDOI
Stability of low ohmic thick-film resistors under pulsed operation
TL;DR: Durability of low ohmic thick-film resistors on pulse load with micro- and millisecond duration are described and it is shown that overglazed resistors exhibit better durability for all tested resistive pastes for short pulses.
