Comparison of the clinical phenotype and haematological course of siblings with Fanconi anaemia.

TL;DR: Haematological progression significantly correlated between siblings, and constitutional abnormalities were not concordant, except for a moderate degree of concordance in kidney abnormalities and microcephaly.
