Journal ArticleDOI
Flax fibre reinforced PLA/TPS biocomposites flame retarded with multifunctional additive system
TL;DR: In this article, a new synthesized multifunctional additive system was proposed to reduce the flammability of the prepared biocomposites by a newly synthesized additive system, which consisted of PLA/TPS biopolymer matrices reinforced with flax fibres.
Journal ArticleDOI
In vitro dissolution–permeation evaluation of an electrospun cyclodextrin-based formulation of aripiprazole using μFlux™
Enikő Borbás,Attila Balogh,Katalin Bocz,Judit Müller,Éva Kiserdei,Tamás Vigh,Bálint Sinkó,Attila Marosi,Attila Sándor Halász,Zoltán Dohányos,Lajos Szente,György T. Balogh,Zsombor Kristóf Nagy +12 more
TL;DR: It was evinced that a cyclodextrin-based electrospun formulation of aripiprazole has the potential to ensure fast drug delivery through the oral mucosa owing to the ultrafast dissolution of the drug from the formulation and the enhanced flux across membranes as shown by the result of the novel in vitro dissolution and permeation test.
Journal ArticleDOI
Salt Solubility Products of Diprenorphine Hydrochloride, Codeine and Lidocaine Hydrochlorides and Phosphates - Novel Method of Data Analysis Not Dependent on Explicit Solubility Equations
TL;DR: In this paper, a general approach was described to address many of the challenges of salt solubility determination of drug substances, with data processing and refinement of equilibrium constants encoded in the computer program pDISOLX TM.
Journal ArticleDOI
NMR assignments and the acid-base characterization of the pomegranate ellagitannin punicalagin in the acidic pH-range
TL;DR: The punicalagin anomer equilibrium readjusts in parallel with the proton dissociation steps as the pH is raised such that β-punicalagin becomes the most abundant anomer at neutral pH.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hungarian experience with Langerhans cell histiocytosis in childhood.
Judit Müller,Miklós Garami,Peter Hauser,Dezso Schuler,Monika Csóka,Gabor G. Kovacs,Imre Rényi,Attila Marosi,Ilona Galántai,Andrea Békési,P. Kajtár,Csongor Kiss,Kalman Nagy,Katalin Bartyik,P. Masath,Gergely Kriván +15 more
TL;DR: Investigation of the incidence, clinical features, prognostic risk factors, and treatment results of children's LCH in Hungary in a 20-year period found Childhood LCH is a well-treatable disease and the survival rate is high.
