Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of Ag, Cu dopants on the second and third harmonic response of ZnO films

TL;DR: In this article, the influence of dopants content on the microstructural evolution and optical as well as nonlinear optical properties were investigated, and it was found that the grain sizes were enlarged with increasing of Ag, Cu dopants amount in ZnO films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Second and third order nonlinear optical properties of microrod ZnO films deposited on sapphire substrates by thermal oxidation of metallic zinc

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported the preparation of microcrystalline ZnO thin films on sapphire substrates using a simple method based on the thermal evaporation of metallic Zn in vacuum with further annealing process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of size effect and sputtering conditions on the crystallinity and optical properties of ZnO thin films

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the thickness variation, substrate type and annealing on the crystallinity parameters, luminescent and optical properties of the zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Second and third order nonlinear optical properties of nanostructured ZnO thin films deposited on α-BBO and LiNbO3

TL;DR: In this article, the nanocrystalline ZnO films were deposited on α-BaB 2 O 4 (0.0.1/2) and LiNbO 3 (0, 0, 0.0/1) single crystals by RF-magnetron sputtering technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optical SHG for ZnO films with different morphology stimulated by UV-laser thermotreatment

TL;DR: In this paper, a strong influence of the ZnO grain sizes on the output second harmonic generation stimulated by nanosecond pulses of 371 nm nitrogen laser during simultaneous superposition of the electrostatic electric field with electric strength about 2 kV/cm was discovered.
