Journal ArticleDOI

High-precision open-loop adaptive optics system based on LC-SLM.

TL;DR: Using an indoor closed-loop configuration optical system, it is demonstrated that the residual error after open-loop correction could be smaller than 0.08lambda (RMS: root mean square value) if the initial wavefront aberration is below 2.5lambda.
Journal ArticleDOI

Accommodation-based liquid crystal adaptive optics system for large ocular aberration correction

TL;DR: According to ocular aberration property and liquid crystal (LC) corrector characteristics, the minimum pixel demand of the LC corrector used for compensating large ocular aberrations was calculated and an adaptive optics (AO) retinal imaging system was built.
Journal ArticleDOI

Retina imaging system with adaptive optics for the eye with or without myopia

TL;DR: In this article, a high-resolution liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) device was used as the wave-front corrector for the myopia correction in the retina imaging.
