TL;DR: It can be hypothesised that for Sangkomkamhang and colleagues, mounting a randomised trial and professional participation was an effective way of introducing change, and the work goes against the quasi-universally accepted dogma that, where evidence exists, implementation science rather than randomised trials is warranted.

Comparison of vaginal examination findings in two antenatal clinics.
TL;DR: Large differences in the frequency of maturation signs were observed between the two hospitals for mid-position, soft consistency and expanded lower uterine segment, although the higher frequency of each sign was not found in the same hospital.
